Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds and Exchanges
At this time I do no accept refunds or exchanges, unless your item arrives defective or damaged. If there is an issue with your order please email steffjodesigns@gmail.com and I will send a replacement for your defective goods.
Cancelling Order
I apologize for any inconvenience caused, but once your order is placed, I can not accommodate cancellation requests. Since most orders are custom made, all sales are final. All purchases with frames can take up to 8 weeks to ship, if not longer, due to back-ordering; you will be notified if it is longer. While there is a limited timeframe immediately after purchase for cancellations, once I start creating your order, ordering a specific frame for a piece that is already complete or getting ready to ship, I am unable to process any cancellations.

Commissions
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want a grand piece for your entryway or a small item for your cousin’s birthday. No commision is too big or too small.
Your first consultation can be over the phone, FaceTime, or in person!
After the initial consultation we will get a better idea of what styles, colors, and designs work best for you during an in-person house visit or over FaceTime.
